This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for PrintHub services.

1. Nature of Service

PrintHub provides customized document printing services based on files uploaded by customers. Since each order is personalized, returns may be restricted after production begins.

2. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before printing has started.
• Once printing begins, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Refund eligibility depends on the processing stage of the order.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Payment was successfully charged but the order could not be processed.
• Technical issues prevented order completion.
• The order was cancelled before printing started.
• The delivered product contains a verified printing error caused by us.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds generally will not be provided in the following cases:

• Incorrect files uploaded by the customer.
• Wrong print settings selected by the customer.
• Orders cancelled after printing has started.
• Minor color variations due to printer or paper differences.
• Customer address or delivery information errors.

5. Returns Policy

Because our products are customized and printed specifically for each customer, physical returns are generally not accepted unless there is a verified defect or error caused by PrintHub.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
• The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Actual refund timing may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs or evidence. We will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution.
